Patient with known rectal cancer. Contrast enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis demonstrate extensive liver metastasis and adenopathy in the porta. Ascites is noted and there is carcinomatosis seen in the omentum and mesentery. Right hydronephrosis also noted related to tumor implants obstructing the ureter.
