Patient with common bile duct stent and fever. Contrast enhanced abdominal CT in the axial and coronal planes along with value rendered images nicely demonstrates the presence of a metallic large caliber common bile duct stent. In the right hepatic lobe there is an air-fluid collection compatible with abscess. Pneumobilia is also present.
