Contrast enhanced abdominal CT using water is oral contrast demonstrates segmental wall thickening in the gastric antrum with infiltration of the submucosa. This is well demonstrated on the axial and coronal reformations. Endoscopy was performed and demonstrated adenocarcinoma.
