Contrast enhanced CT of the abdomen in the axial and planes demonstrates a small submucosal mass along the fundus of the stomach with dense calcification. Pathology revealed leiomyoma of the stomach with calcifications. A gastrointestinal stromal tumor could have a similar appearance.
