Patient with abdominal pain and weight loss. Contrast enhanced abdominal CT demonstrates marked mass-like thickening of the gastric antrum. The wall of the antrum measures 1.3 cm and there is associated ulceration. Endoscopy and biopsy revealed a large ulcerated adenocarcinoma of the stomach.
